HiLine Lake Lodge has taken Black Bear hunts off the future plans page and made it a reality!

When you book your vacation time with us, we are now able to add Black Bear hunting as one of the activities available to you.

All Black Bear hunts are self guided, so if you are a seasoned hunter and feel comfortable setting out on your own, why not add Black Bear hunting to your vacation or salmon fishing trip at Hiline Lake Lodge? Adding a hunt to your trip will not add any extra costs, you will simply be adding another facet to your wilderness experience.

Black Bear are abundant in our area, giving you a great opportunity for an enjoyable and successful hunting experience.

As with our fishing trips, licenses, permits, etc. ARE NOT included in the package price and are your responsibility to obtain before arriving at the lodge. Upon your return to Anchorage, the hide(with proof of sex attatched), claws, and skull from each bear must be taken to a sealing agent for collection of biological data and to allow legal removal of your harvest from the state.

Non resident hunting license $85

Black Bear Tag $225 per bear harvested, limit 3
